The Technical Sales Manager reports directly to the head of Veterinary Services. The incumbent is jointly accountable to ensure that the overall achievement of company's Intestinal Health consolidated net sales and gross margin budgets.

The main role to this position is to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in the delivery of after sales support service to our customers which exceeds their expectations in professionalism, solution provision and turnaround.
