This accessibility statement applies to https://www.michaelpage.co.id, this website run by PT Michael Page Internasional Indonesia.

Our accessibility journey started in November 2021 with an audit from AbilityNet to identify any accessibility issues with our website. We addressed and fixed the vast majority of issues raised in the audit. Since then, we have been proactively monitoring our website and scanning it on a regular basis using the accessibility scanner from Recite Me to ensure we meet the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This website is built using standard web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure a consistent and accessible experience.

Our key focus has been done on the main journeys of the website:

  • Homepage
  • User account area
  • Job application journey
  • Submit CV journey
  • Job match journey
  • Contact pages
  • Key campaigns: Talent Trends...

All these journeys are scanned frequently to make sure they stay accessible over time.

Enforcement procedure

If you’re not happy with how we respond to your complaint, contact: National Human Rights Commission of Indonesia (Komnas HAM).

Technical information about this website’s accessibility

PT Michael Page Internasional Indonesia is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.

Compliance status

The website has been tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. That means you should be able to:

  • Zoom in up to 200% without the text spilling off the screen
  • Navigate most of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software due to a proper semantic structure
  • Listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)
  • Most of the images are accessible as we have added alternative text to the images
  • Most of our videos have captions and transcript
  • We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand

Non-accessible content

Non-compliance with accessibility regulations

We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible:

  • Live streams not hosted on YouTube do not have live captions. (WCAG 2.2 SC 1.2.4)
  • Third-party elements can have issues:
    • Cookie banner from OneTrust
    • Captcha in forms (3.3.2)
    • Google review iframes in the footer and contact pages
  • Pages using CSS-inserted content that is not rendered by assistive tech (SC 1.3.1)
  • Markup used for presentation purposes only (SC 1.3.1)
  • Some iframes missing attributes like title (SC 4.1.2)
  • Older images missing alt text (SC 1.1.1)
  • Text resizing can cause content overlap (SC 1.4.4)

Disproportionate burden

We are committed to aligning with global best practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, to enhance digital accessibility. However, certain legacy content—such as PDF documents, infographics, and PowerPoint presentations published before 10th June 2025—cannot currently be made fully accessible without imposing a disproportionate burden in terms of time, cost, and technical capacity.

We continue to ensure that all new content is created in accordance with accessibility best practices. Additionally, we are committed to progressively improving legacy content where feasible and to reassessing this disproportionate burden regularly.

If you require access to a specific document in an accessible format, please contact us at accessibility@page.com, and we will do our best to provide an alternative version in a timely manner.

Content not subject to the accessibility obligation

  • Third-party content not under our control (e.g., embedded maps, social feeds, YouTube, widgets)
  • Pre-recorded time-based media published before 23 September 2020
  • File formats not intended for web use published before 23 September 2018
