About Our Client

Job Description

  • Lead turnaround and transformation programs for portfolio companies, including development and execution of 100-day and long-term value creation plans.
  • Drive operational improvements across cost optimization, revenue enhancement, working capital management, and organizational restructuring.
  • Identify and execute strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, consolidations, and asset optimization opportunities.
  • Lead debt restructuring, recapitalization, rescue financing, and stakeholder negotiations with lenders, investors, and partners
  • Represent the shareholder on boards and strengthen governance, reporting, controls, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships involving investors, founders, regulators, creditors, and corporate partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in M&A, restructuring, transformation consulting, private equity operations, or special situations investing.
  • Proven track record leading turnaround, restructuring, or value creation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Hands-on M&A experience, including end-to-end execution of acquisitions or divestments.
  • Strong boardroom presence with the ability to influence senior leaders, manage conflicts, and hold management accountable.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, operational performance management, capital structure analysis, and stakeholder negotiations.
  • Exposure to Indonesia or Southeast Asia markets, restructuring frameworks, and corporate governance environments is highly advantageous.
