Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • C-Suite Advisory: Act as a "Trusted Advisor" to CEOs and CTOs of major enterprises, aligning cloud technology with their long-term business roadmaps
  • Strategic Opportunity Development: Independently map decision-making chains and convert high-level business requirements into qualified sales opportunities
  • Large-Scale Migration: Lead complex, multi-departmental projects involving full-stack cloud migrations and high-impact "breakthrough" wins in the Key Account (KA) sector
  • Value Chain Orchestration: Construct win-win-win ecosystems between the company, the customer, and strategic partners to ensure scalable, long-term growth
  • Commercial Negotiation: Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from persuasive value communication to high-stakes commercial negotiation and tailored pricing strategies



The Successful Applicant

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a powerhouse in the B2B/B2G technology space with a deep understanding of the Indonesian enterprise landscape.

  • Experience: 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 8 years specifically in the cloud computing industry
  • Track Record: Proven success in scaling revenue across Key Accounts and leading large-scale customer stack migrations
  • Leadership: 3+ years of experience leading teams or managing highly complex, cross-functional global projects
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to articulate the value of AI, Intelligent Computing, and standardized cloud products without losing sight of the business value
  • Communication: Exceptional "Call High" capabilities-able to conduct fluent business and technical dialogues with C-level stakeholders
