Job Description

As a Country Sales & Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

    • Drive national sales strategy and achieve revenue & margin targets.
    • Develop new business opportunities in textile mills, dye houses, and finishing plants.
    • Manage and grow key customer accounts through regular visits and technical presentations.
    • Coordinate product trials with technical teams and provide on‑site support.
    • Lead marketing activities: seminars, workshops, promotions, and product launches.
    • Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitors, and pricing.
    • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.
    • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and regional teams for smooth operations.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Country Sales & Marketing Manager should have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field.
    • 15 years' experience in textile chemical sales, auxiliaries, dyes, or industrial chemicals.
    • Strong network in the Indonesian textile industry.
    • Good understanding of textile wet processes (pretreatment, dyeing, finishing).
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑management skills.
    • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
    • Willing to travel frequently.
