Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager HVAC, your main responsibilities will include:

    • Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales growth and market penetration
    • Identify and track construction, expansion, and retrofit projects within your territory
    • Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, distributors, and end users
    • Drive product specification and project conversion from early design stage through to completion
    • Manage the full sales cycle: project identification → specification → bidding → closing → after-sales support
    • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategy
    • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, inside sales, operations) to deliver solutions and ensure customer satisfaction



The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Manager HVAC should have:

    • 10+ years experience in technical sales / project sales / territory sales
    • Background in building materials, MEP, piping systems, fire protection, HVAC, or industrial products
    • Proven track record in driving project-based sales and developing new business
    • Strong network within contractors, consultants, and developers
    • High level of commercial acumen and negotiation skills
    • Self-starter with ability to manage a large, dynamic territory independently
    • Comfortable working in a field-based role with frequent site visits
