Job Description

  • Develop and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Understand clients' organizational structures, hiring needs, and growth strategies.
  • Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and hiring recommendations.
  • Support business development initiatives and identify new opportunities.
  • Source, attract, and assess high-caliber technology professionals.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent network across the technology ecosystem.
  • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and evaluations.
  • Coordinate interview processes and stakeholder communications.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements.
  • Develop deep knowledge of technology hiring trends and talent movements.
  • Build expertise across areas such as: Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud & Infrastructure, Product Management and Digital Transformation

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Commercially minded with strong business acumen.
  • Highly organized, resilient, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
