Job Description

Customer Transformation Leadership

  • Lead enterprise AI deployment programs from strategy through production rollout.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to identify business challenges and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
  • Develop AI transformation roadmaps aligned to customer operational and financial objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives throughout the deployment lifecycle.



Program Delivery & Execution

  • Define project scope, success metrics, timelines, and deployment plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, AI Specialists, and Customer Stakeholders.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and execution milestones to ensure successful implementation.
  • Drive adoption and change-management initiatives across customer organizations.



Business Impact Ownership

  • Establish measurable KPIs and value realization frameworks.
  • Monitor deployment performance and customer outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to scale additional AI use cases across the enterprise.
  • Ensure customers achieve meaningful operational and financial impact from AI investments.



Strategic Growth

  • Contribute to Wonderful.ai's deployment methodology and best practices.
  • Provide insights from customer engagements to product and leadership teams.
  • Help shape the future of enterprise AI adoption through innovative deployment approaches.



The Successful Applicant

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in:
    • Management Consulting
    • Digital Transformation
    • Technical Program Management
    • Product Strategy
    • Enterprise Technology Delivery
    • High-Growth Startup Operations
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to convert ambiguous business challenges into structured execution plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable discussing APIs, system integrations, data flows, automation, and AI technologies with technical teams.



Additional advantages include:

  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, or Automation Platforms.
  • Enterprise transformation experience.
  • Exposure to Fortune 500 or large regional enterprise environments.
  • Technical or engineering background combined with business acumen.
