Job Description

  • Ensure all customer requirements and processes run smoothly and meet agreed expectations.
  • Perform IT assessments and technical evaluations of customer infrastructure
  • Draft IT topology and formulate cloud-based solutions that can be converted into actionable projects.
  • Design cloud architecture and topology across AWS, GCP, Azure, and other platforms.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and oversee client-related projects from initiation through completion and documentation.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports for all assigned projects.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of emerging technologies in cloud, virtualization, migration, and deployment.



Technical Expertise Required:

  • Multi-cloud deployment and management experience: AWS, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud.
  • Operating Systems: Proficiency in Linux and Microsoft Windows environments.
  • Virtualization & Hypervisors: Hyper-V, VMware, Proxmox, XenServer, Linux KVM, VirtualBox.
  • Hosting Management: Platform administration, domain management, and migration.
  • Data Center Operations: Technical support, remote hands, and monitoring.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with OpenStack for building cloud computing environments.
