Job Description

As a Tax Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage day-to-day tax activities and maintain accurate tax records for the business.
  • Prepare and review tax calculations to support timely reporting and payment processes.
  • Coordinate tax documentation and ensure records are organised, complete and easy to retrieve.
  • Work with the Accounting & Finance department to align tax data with financial information.
  • Monitor tax deadlines and prepare required submissions in line with business requirements.
  • Review tax-related transactions and resolve data issues with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Provide clear tax updates and practical guidance to support informed business decisions.
  • Maintain organised files and reporting schedules to support consistent tax operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tax Manager should have:

  • Practical experience managing tax activities within an Accounting & Finance function.
  • Strong ability to prepare, review and organise tax calculations and supporting documents.
  • Experience coordinating tax reporting schedules and meeting key submission deadlines.
  • Sound knowledge of tax processes and transaction reviews.
  • Ability to work accurately with financial data and identify inconsistencies.
  • Confidence working with internal teams to gather information and resolve tax queries.
