Job Description

As a Talent Development Manager, you will spearhead the creation and execution of talent development strategies that align with organisational priorities, ensuring employees are equipped with the skills and capabilities needed to drive long‑term success. You will identify development needs, design tailored learning programs, and collaborate closely with department leaders to deliver high‑impact initiatives that strengthen performance, leadership readiness, and overall organisational capability.In this role, you will also oversee the full spectrum of performance management and succession planning processes, evaluate the effectiveness of development programs, and champion employee engagement and career growth initiatives. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to HR policies, provide expert guidance to both leaders and employees, and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional advancement across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent development or broader HR functions, ideally within large, complex organization.
  • Deep understanding of modern training, learning, and organisational development best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven capability in designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning and development programs.
  • Strong analytical proficiency, with the ability to interpret training metrics and translate insights into continuous improvement actions.
  • Robust leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities, with a commitment to fostering a high‑performance culture.
  • Fluent in English.
