Job Description

As a TA Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborating with department heads to understand workforce requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet future hiring demands.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies during the hiring process.
  • Analysing hiring metrics and providing insights to improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Managing external recruitment partners and vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Promoting the company's employer brand to attract high-calibre candidates.
  • In-charge of employer branding initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful TA Manager should have:

  • A strong background in human resources, particularly in talent acquisition.
  • Experience in consumer industry or experience in large, complex business is a huge plus.
  • Experience within the consumer goods industry or exposure to a large, complex organization would be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • The ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to optimise hiring processes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and workforce planning.
  • Knowledge of employment regulations and compliance requirements.
