  • Mentoring and guiding HR team members to ensure professional growth and alignment with company objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong educational background in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition especially in the technology/IT roles.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, especially within the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to address complex challenges.
