Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable backend services using Golang.
  • Architect and optimize APIs and microservices for high-traffic, low-latency environments.
  • Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring junior engineers.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of backend development experience, with at least 3 years in Golang.
  • Proven experience building and scaling high-traffic B2C platforms.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Experience with performance tuning and load testing for large-scale systems.
  • Familiarity with security best practices for backend services.
