Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical engagements with enterprise customers from initial discussions through successful deployment.
  • Act as the local technical authority for strategic customer initiatives.
  • Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI and technology solutions.
  • Oversee solution architecture, integrations, security discussions, and deployment strategy.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing local team spanning engineering, implementation, and customer-facing technical functions.
  • Partner closely with global product and engineering teams to influence product direction based on market feedback.
  • Drive successful delivery of enterprise AI implementations and ensure customer outcomes.



The Successful Applicant

Ideal BackgroundWe are interested in speaking with candidates who bring:

  • 8+ years of hands-on software engineering or technical leadership experience.
  • Experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade systems.
  • Strong customer-facing experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, consulting, technical account leadership, or deployment-focused roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience leading teams, projects, business units, or startups.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Passion for emerging technologies, AI, and enterprise transformation.
