Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Build executive‑level relationships and develop a deep understanding of customers' business goals and operational workflows.
  • Orchestrate customer communication, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and ongoing strategic planning.



Revenue Growth & Retention

  • Own account renewals, expansion, and upsell revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities to increase product adoption across departments, teams, and new stakeholders.
  • Forecast account health, renewal risk, and pipeline projections with accuracy and discipline.



Product Adoption & Optimization

  • Guide customers in maximizing the value of our project management platform.
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to address needs, remove roadblocks, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide structured feedback from customers to inform product roadmap and feature prioritization.



Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales Engineering, Solutions Consultants, and Implementation teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on case studies, success stories, and advocacy opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal on contract structures, proposals, and commercial negotiations.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years experience in SaaS account management, customer success, or enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding retention and expansion targets.
  • Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMBOK) and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to engage C‑suite executives, technical teams, and end‑users with equal confidence.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable analyzing data, interpreting usage metrics, and guiding customers with a data‑driven approach.
  • Self‑starter who thrives in dynamic, high‑growth environments.
