Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of high‑value enterprise accounts with full responsibility for client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Build and deepen strategic, C‑suite‑level client relationships while positioning the organization as an indispensable partner.
  • Drive revenue expansion through account planning, whitespace identification, and solution alignment.
  • Act as the client's internal advocate, partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to ensure exceptional end‑to‑end delivery.
  • Lead QBRs, roadmap conversations, and renewal strategy, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business outcomes.
  • Identify risks early and proactively develop mitigation strategies to protect account health and long-term value.
  • Develop thought‑leadership perspectives and bring market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback into internal planning cycles.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • 8-12+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client services, or strategic partnerships within technology, SaaS, fintech, or digital platforms.
  • Strong track record of growing complex enterprise accounts and influencing senior customer stakeholders.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
  • Demonstrated success operating as an individual contributor at a senior level without reliance on direct reports.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue targets and forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, operate autonomously, and drive outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
