We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development/Senior Sales Manager to drive B2B client acquisition and accelerate revenue growth in Indonesia. This role is ideal for a true hunter who enjoys opening doors, building pipelines from scratch, and closing high-value partnerships. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding corporate clients who require cross-border payment, remittance, treasury, or financial service solutions.

Job Description

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients across Indonesia.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Generate leads through networking, industry events, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers including CEOs, CFOs, Finance Managers, HR Leaders, and Business Owners.
  • Conduct sales presentations, solution demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through onboarding.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth client implementation.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through CRM systems.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Proven track record in hunting and acquiring new clients.
  • Experience selling financial services, payments, remittance, fintech, banking, treasury, FX, or related solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong network within the Indonesian corporate market.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter with a highly entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
