Job Description

  • Managing and nurturing relationships with key financial institutional clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Identifying business opportunities and providing customised financial solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless banking services and financial products.
  • Monitoring market trends and client needs to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client dealings.
  • Preparing detailed client reports and presentations to support decision-making processes.
  • Proactively addressing client concerns and resolving issues to maintain strong relationships.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to achieve business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong knowledge of institutional banking products and financial services, particularly for FI and NBFI segments.
  • Proven experience managing and servicing Financial Institution clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and develop tailored, value-driven solutions for clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, client needs, and business performance.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the financial services industry.
  • Proficient in relevant systems and tools for client relationship management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
