Job Description

  • Manage, build, and deepen relationships with corporate banking clients to drive revenue growth and achieve strategic business objectives.
  • Identify, originate, and pursue new business opportunities across local and multinational corporations by proactively understanding client needs and market dynamics.
  • Design and deliver tailored financial solutions, aligning banking products and services with clients' operational, funding, and growth goals.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders-including credit, risk, product, and operations teams-to ensure seamless execution and high‑quality client service.
  • Analyze market trends, industry developments, and client financial data to generate actionable insights and support informed decision‑making.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards in all client activities and transactions.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive client presentations, credit proposals, and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience in Corporate Banking across diverse industry sectors, with a solid understanding of both local and multinational client segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and sustain long‑term client relationships through trust, credibility, and consistent value delivery.
  • In‑depth knowledge of corporate banking products and end‑to‑end financial solutions, including lending, cash management, and treasury services.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess complex financial information and develop practical, client‑focused solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
  • High level of integrity and a strong commitment to regulatory compliance, risk management, and ethical banking standards.
  • Relevant academic qualifications in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent in English
