We are seeking an Industrial Quality Senior Engineer to enhance and lead quality activities during new product introductions and industrialization projects within a high-volume manufacturing environment. The role will partner with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure robust processes, successful qualification, and smooth product launches.

Job Description

  • Lead quality activities for NPI and industrialization projects.
  • Drive APQP methodology implementation throughout product launches.
  • Develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, and process qualification plans.
  • Define and manage CTQ and CTP requirements.
  • Support process validation, capability studies, and risk assessments.
  • Lead PPAP activities and supplier qualification programs.
  • Investigate quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Conduct process and supplier audits.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, and supplier teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield and reduce defects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years in industrialization, NPI, process quality, manufacturing quality, or supplier quality
  • Experience in electronics, PCBA, or other high-volume manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, process qualification, and risk management
  • Hands-on experience with PPAP, supplier qualification, and quality audits
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities using structured methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, or Fishbone
  • Experience conducting process capability studies (Cp/Cpk) and managing CTQ/CTP requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Able to work independently in a global organization with strong English communication skills
