About Our Client

Our client is an established global FMCG player currently on a high growth phase penetrating Indonesia market looking for Senior Brand Manager that will drive brand strategies and oversee communications & campaigns to enhance brand presence & growth in Indonesia market.

Job Description

  • Monitor brand and product perception, especially among younger consumers
  • Turn data and feedback into clear, actionable consumer insights
  • Create engaging content and stories through products, events, influencers, and etc.
  • Own and protect brand identity across all campaigns, channels, and touchpoints
  • Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across marketing and trade teams
  • Lead brand campaigns, consumer activation programs, and annual brand planning
  • Collaborate closely with local, regional, and international teams to align strategy and execution
  • Plan and execute effective local advertising with strong digital and social focus
  • Work with media and digital teams to maximise impact across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Review media strategy and performance annually with agency and HQ
  • Lead end‑to‑end new product launches with cross‑functional teams and International HQ
  • Manage launch timelines, packaging decisions, and internal systems
  • Capture and share post‑launch learnings to improve future launches
  • Strengthen campus distribution and relationships with universities and student leaders
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve program effectiveness

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field, strong exposure in sports & lifestyle campaigns would be required
  • Strong FMCG brand marketing experience with a solid understanding of consumer behaviour and competitive dynamics
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop standout brand executions aligned with brand guidelines
  • Proven ability to turn consumer insights into effective brand initiatives
  • Experience in the creative industry is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with experience interpreting market data and financial
  • Experience managing teams and marketing budgets
