Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide practical Human Resources guidance.
  • Deliver people initiatives that support business plans and day-to-day operational requirements.
  • Provide advice on employee matters and help ensure fair, consistent people practices.
  • Work with managers to address workforce matters and maintain clear communication across teams.
  • Coordinate Human Resources activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring actions are completed accurately.
  • Review people-related information to identify themes and support informed business decisions.
  • Contribute to the delivery of Human Resources policies and procedures across the organisation.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to support timely people solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Proven experience partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver effective people solutions and support organizational objectives.
  • Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, HR policies, and people processes, coupled with sound commercial awareness.
  • Ability to provide pragmatic, balanced, and consistent guidance on employee relations and workplace matters.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching and influencing managers to effectively address workforce challenges and support team performance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
