Our client is a multinational manufacturing company in Speciality Piping Industry.

Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

    • Develop and expand business opportunities within government and municipal (PDAM) water infrastructure projects
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, consultants, and contractors
    • Manage the full sales cycle-from vendor registration, tender participation, to project acquisition
    • Identify upcoming projects, monitor bidding pipelines, and develop effective win strategies
    • Conduct regular client visits and presentations to promote technical solutions
    • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to drive strategic sales actions
    • Work closely with internal teams (technical, project, supply chain) to ensure successful project delivery
    • Participate in industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to strengthen market presence
    • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and progress updates
    • Handle client concerns and ensure long-term customer satisfaction



The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
    • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably in:
      • Water infrastructure / pipeline / construction materials
      • Government projects or PDAM accounts
    • Strong understanding of public sector procurement and tender processes
    • Proven track record in managing complex, project-based sales cycles
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to present technical solutions and adapt to client needs
    • Self-motivated, independent, and resilient in a target-driven environment
    • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
    • Willingness to travel as required
