Job Description

As a Sales Manager - HVAC & Chiller, your main responsibilities will include:

    • Lead and drive sales of chiller systems and HVAC solutions within the assigned market
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users
    • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue project pipelines
    • Provide technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements
    • Collaborate with engineering, service, and project teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy
    • Manage and mentor a sales team (if applicable) to enhance overall performance



The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager - HVAC & Chiller should have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
    • Minimum [5-10] years of experience in HVAC sales, with strong exposure to chiller systems
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the HVAC industry
    • Strong network with consultants, developers, and contractors
    • Solid technical understanding of chilled water systems and HVAC solutions
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive environment



    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience handling large commercial or industrial HVAC projects
    • Prior experience in multinational or large-scale engineering companies
    • Leadership experience in managing sales teams
