Job Description

As a Sales Manager (GT), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies for the general trade (GT) channel.
  • Monitoring and analysing market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Managing and mentoring the sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key distributors and retailers.
  • Ensuring effective execution of promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports to the management team.
  • Overseeing budget allocation and ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with company objectives.
