Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • 🔹 Develop and grow sales across Indonesia
    🔹 Identify, prospect, and convert new industrial customers
    🔹 Promote electrification and support transitions from steam to electrical systems
    🔹 Build relationships with process/electrical engineers and plant decision-makers
    🔹 Manage distributors and DDP arrangements
    🔹 Use CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) for pipeline and forecasting
    🔹 Collaborate with technical teams and drive customer training engagement

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

- Experience in industrial sectors, especially:

  • Paper (must-have)
  • Food & Beverage (must-have)
  • Palm oil, textile, heavy industries



- Exposure to machinery involving gas, electricity, and steam
- Mechanical/electrical/process engineering background preferred
- Strong industrial network: process engineers, electrical engineers, plant owners
- Confident discussing retrofitting & process improvements
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Persistent, energetic, field-oriented personality
- Enjoys travel and meeting customers onsite
