Job Description

The successful candidate brings a strong track record in enterprise solution sales, deep knowledge of the banking ecosystem in Indonesia, and experience working within a system integrator environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Revenue Growth

  • Own and execute the sales strategy for the Financial Services Industry (FSI) vertical, with a focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks
  • Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing key accounts
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue large-scale SI opportunities (application, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation)



Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong C-level relationships (CIO, CTO, Head of IT, Digital Banking leaders)
  • Position the company as a trusted transformation partner across core banking, digital banking, and modernization initiatives
  • Lead account planning and long-term engagement strategies



Solution Selling & Deal Management

  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop competitive proposals
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting, solutioning, negotiation, to closure
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal processes and RFP responses



Market Intelligence

  • Stay current on Indonesian banking trends, regulatory landscape, and digital transformation priorities
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify whitespace opportunities in the FSI segment

The Successful Applicant

Candidate ProfileExperience & Background

  • 10-15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
  • Proven experience working in a System Integrator (SI) or IT services company (mandatory)
  • Strong track record selling into Tier 1 & Tier 2 banks in Indonesia
  • Demonstrated success in closing multi-million dollar deals



Industry Expertise

  • Deep understanding of banking technology domains:
    • Core banking systems
    • Digital banking / channels
    • Cloud & infrastructure modernization
    • Cybersecurity & compliance
  • Well-established network within Indonesian banking leadership circles



Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic hunter with strong account management capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and long sales cycles



Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus
