About Our Client

We are representing a well-established and fast-growing company in the printing and digital solutions industry, looking to hire a driven Sales Manager to expand its commercial footprint in Jakarta.

This role will focus on driving sales performance, developing strategic accounts, and leading business growth within the printing solutions segment.

Job Description

Commercial & Sales Growth

  • Drive sales revenue and achieve targets within the printing solutions / hardware segment
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and enterprise clients
  • Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships



Market Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Jakarta market
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Expand channel networks and strengthen distribution partnerships



Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor progress, and drive accountability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and service teams



Customer & Solution Selling

  • Understand client business needs and position tailored printing solutions
  • Present value-driven proposals and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales professional should have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with exposure to printing, office equipment, or IT hardware solutions
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
    • Strong network within corporate / B2B segments in Jakarta
    • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and grow teams
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
    • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
