Job Description

To support its growth in Indonesia, we are conducting an executive search for a high-performing Business Development Manager with deep market connectivity and proven commercial success within Indonesia's digital economy.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting:
    • Mobile application companies
    • Fintech platforms
    • Digital banks
    • Payment gateways
    • Superapps
    • E-commerce and ecosystem players
  • Identify, qualify, and close enterprise partnership opportunities across Indonesia.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with C-level executives, product leaders, partnership teams, and decision-makers.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract execution.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, emerging technologies, and ecosystem developments within Indonesia's digital economy.
  • Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue achievement against ambitious growth targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and strategic networking engagements.

The Successful Applicant

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or commercial roles within:
    • Apps Analytics and Attribution Platform/Software
    • Fraud Prevention and Analytics
    • CPaaS
    • Mobile-focused Digital Agency
    • Fintech
    • Superapp ecosystems and other Digital First Business
  • Strong network within Indonesia's digital and technology industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving commercial growth and closing high-value enterprise deals.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Mobile ecosystems
    • Digital payments
    • API-based solutions
    • Fintech partnerships
    • Digital consumer platforms



Preferred Experience

  • Existing relationships with major Indonesian technology and fintech players.
  • Experience working in high-growth startups or regional technology companies.
  • Familiarity with Indonesia's regulatory and digital business environment.
