Lead Indirect and Services procurement across Southeast Asia while driving selected category initiatives and value creation opportunities across the Asia Pacific region. This role combines strategic sourcing, supplier management, stakeholder engagement, and regional leadership to optimize cost, service, performance, and supply chain resilience.

Job Description

  • Lead procurement strategy, sourcing activities, contract negotiations, and supplier management for Indirect items and Services categories across Southeast Asia.
  • Drive cost savings, productivity improvements, service enhancements, and risk mitigation initiatives while ensuring strong supplier performance and compliance.
  • Support regional category strategies across Asia Pacific by identifying leverage opportunities, promoting best practices, and building a sustainable pipeline of value-creation projects.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Customer Service to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
  • Utilize market intelligence, spend analytics, and performance reporting to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement across logistics and warehousing operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Category Management, or related commercial functions.
  • Strong background in Indirect procurement and services such as for logistics, 3PL, and manpower.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and savings delivery.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures within a regional environment
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and project management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
