Job Description

As a Regional Associate - Projects, Infrastructure & Energy, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Advising clients on legal matters related to infrastructure and energy projects.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international regulations in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Providing legal support during negotiations and project development phases.
  • Conducting legal research on industry-specific issues and trends.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  • Assisting with dispute resolution and risk management strategies.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments in professional services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Associate - Projects, Infrastructure & Energy should have:

  • A degree in Law from a recognised institution with a mininum of 5 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in legal drafting and analysis.
  • Knowledge of regulations in the energy and infrastructure industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • An adaptable and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
