To support this expansion, we are seeking a high-caliber Product GTM Manager who can drive technical excellence, partner with enterprise sales, and shape the GTM strategy for the Email product line.

Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesPresales & Solution Consulting

  • Lead technical discovery sessions and understand customer requirements around Email APIs, deliverability, authentication, and automation workflows.
  • Architect Email integration solutions, ensuring seamless alignment with customer infrastructure, compliance, and scalability needs.
  • Deliver compelling product demos, technical workshops, and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs).
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Email, security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and communication APIs.



Go‑to‑Market & Product Strategy

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to refine Email product positioning, competitive differentiation, and pricing frameworks.
  • Design and execute technical enablement programs for Sales & Customer Success teams.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to influence roadmap priorities and feature enhancements.
  • Support RFPs/RFIs by crafting strong technical proposals and solution narratives.



Customer Success & Enterprise Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers during evaluation and onboarding stages.
  • Mitigate technical risks and provide architectural guidance to ensure successful integration.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with technical stakeholders and CTO-level influencers.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Product roles within CPaaS, Email Infrastructure, Martech, SaaS, or adjacent industries.
  • Deep understanding of Email technologies, deliverability, and email authentication frameworks (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into commercial value propositions.
  • Proven track record in shaping or supporting go‑to‑market strategies for technical products.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
