Our Client is a global Risk & Analytics company, supporting banks and financial institutions with data‑driven decisioning, risk management, fraud detection, and regulatory analytics solutions. As part of its growth strategy in Southeast Asia, the company is strengthening its Indonesia presales leadership capability.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the presales function for Indonesia, supporting enterprise and strategic banking opportunities
  • Act as the primary solution expert for credit scoring, risk analytics, and data‑driven banking platforms
  • Translate complex banking business requirements into compelling solution architectures and value propositions
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to drive successful deal pursuits
  • Conduct executive‑level solution presentations, workshops, and technical deep dives for banks and financial institutions
  • Own responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, including solution design, architecture, and compliance mapping
  • Provide market feedback to global product teams on local regulatory, data, and banking requirements
  • Support proof‑of‑concepts (POCs), demos, and solution validation during client evaluations

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8-12+ years of experience in:
    • Presales
    • Solution Architecture
    • Product Management
  • Background from:
    • IT services companies
    • Banking technology vendors
    • Systems integrators specializing in banking solutions
  • Stronghands‑on exposure to banking domain products, such as:
    • Credit scoring & risk models
    • Analytics and decisioning platforms
    • Core banking or digital banking solutions
    • Regulatory and compliance technology
  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders (CIO, CRO, COO, Head of Risk, Head of Analytics)
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian banking regulations, credit lifecycle, and risk management practices
  • Excellent communication skills - able to bridge business, technical, and regulatory discussions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is an advantage
