Job Description

  • Lead overall plant operations across production, maintenance, quality, engineering, supply chain, and HSE.
  • Drive performance improvement through data-driven decisions and structured continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
  • Manage plant budgets, productivity targets, asset performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Strengthen and develop teams, building a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational discipline.
  • Oversee capacity planning, long-term site strategy, and operational roadmaps.
  • Coordinate effectively with commercial, procurement, finance, and regional stakeholders.
  • Promote sustainability, waste reduction, and resource optimization.
  • Ensure reliable production execution while fostering innovation and best-in-class practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing a manufacturing plant and injection molding and or blow molding processes.
  • Strong understanding of production, maintenance, quality systems, and supply chain operations.
  • A strategic, critical thinker capable of seeing the bigger picture while managing day-to-day operations.
  • Proven record of leading continuous improvement (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams with clarity, structure, and performance discipline.
  • A proactive mindset with resilience in fast-moving industrial environments.
