Job Description

  • Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Implement change initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) for continuous improvement.
  • Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Lead, develop, and foster team collaboration.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth operations.
  • Develop operational strategies aligned with company goals for modernization and growth.
  • Ensure adherence to HSE standards across all plant activities.
  • Monitor and improve plant performance through data-driven decision-making and KPIs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's in Engineering.
  • Proven experience in plant management within the FMCG/ Food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and safety regulations.
  • Excellent people leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Strong management in budgeting and optimise costs effectively.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
