Job Description

  • Oversee daily manufacturing and plant operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes and operational workflows
  • Monitor production planning, cost efficiency, inventory management, and overall operational performance
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance, safety, and operational standards
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support operational readiness and business needs
  • Build and develop a high-performing operations team
  • Support business decision-making through commercial understanding and budget evaluation

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field with 10+ years of experience.
  • Proven leadership experience within FMCG manufacturing operations
  • Strong understanding of plant operations, production management, and process improvement
  • Ability to evaluate ROI and operational investment decisions
  • Dynamic and hands-on leadership style
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
