Job Description

  • Lead the design, review, and optimization of the organizational structure to support strategic priorities, operational efficiency, and future growth.
  • Conduct organization diagnosis, workload analysis, job evaluation, and structural benchmarking to ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Support business units in aligning roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines with enterprise-wide governance frameworks.
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide workforce planning processes, including forecasting, manpower modeling, and succession planning frameworks.
  • Establish competency frameworks, career pathways, and development maps to strengthen critical capabilities across the organization.
  • Support major transformation initiatives by developing change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Provide guidance to leaders on change readiness, risk mitigation, and adoption strategies during organizational transitions.
  • Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and capability-building programs related to change management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong understanding of OD methodologies, transformation frameworks, and organizational diagnostics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Professional knowledge of HR systems, competency frameworks, and performance management.
  • High integrity and understanding of governance practices, particularly within state-owned or highly regulated environments.
