Job Description

As an OD & Talent Management Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop organisation development initiatives that align people practices with business needs.
  • Manage talent management plans to identify, develop and retain key capability across the organisation.
  • Review organisation structures and workforce needs to support effective ways of working.
  • Design and maintain succession planning activities for identified business-critical roles.
  • Coordinate performance management processes and help ensure they are clear, consistent and practical.
  • Use people data to identify talent trends and provide useful insights for Human Resources planning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful OD & Talent Management Manager should have:

  • Experience in organisation development and talent management.
  • Ability to develop and deliver succession planning and talent review processes.
  • Practical knowledge of performance management approaches.
  • Capability to assess organisation structures and workforce requirements.
  • Ability to interpret people data and turn findings into clear actions.
  • Experience working with Human Resources teams on people initiatives.
