Our client is a a global FMCG & nutrition company with leading brands across the globe looking for National RTM Manager to lead the end-to-end distribution & route-to-market strategy, drive distribution, and sales performance across Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Developing and implementing route-to-market strategies to enhance sales performance.
  • Analysing market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Managing distribution channels and ensuring efficient supply chain processes.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Providing regular reports and updates to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 10+ years of strong background in combined national RTM, sales, and distribution within Consumer Goods industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement route-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interest in baby & pets will be a an advantage in regards to culture fit
  • Strong English communication is a must
