Job Description

Business Impact & Ownership

  • Take accountability for marketing performance in Indonesia, contributing directly to revenue growth, market share, and profitability.
  • Manage marketing investment with a strong performance mindset, ensuring spend is efficient and outcome‑focused.



Consumer, Brand & Positioning

  • Identify and define priority consumer segments and insights to inform clear, compelling local positioning.
  • Ensure brand messaging is relevant to Indonesian consumers while staying aligned with global brand direction.



Planning & Market Activation

  • Develop and deliver the annual country marketing roadmap, covering brand campaigns, product launches, digital always‑on activity, and e‑commerce initiatives.
  • Ensure plans are integrated, execution‑ready, and designed to generate disproportionate impact.



Digital, Social & Influencer Marketing

  • Drive digital and social demand generation across key platforms, including paid social, content, influencers/KOLs, affiliates, and major online marketplaces.
  • Lead experimentation, learning, and rapid scaling of effective campaigns and content formats.



Performance Management

  • Set clear funnel metrics across awareness, engagement, traffic, conversion, and return on investment.
  • Regularly review performance and translate data into decisive optimizations and actions.



Agency & Partner Leadership

  • Brief and manage creative, media, production, and influencer partners with clarity and high standards.
  • Maintain ownership of strategy and results, with a willingness to personally step into execution when needed.



Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with commercial, e‑commerce, distributor, trade, and regional teams to ensure aligned go‑to‑market execution across channels.
  • Adapt global campaigns into culturally meaningful, platform‑appropriate local executions.



Market Intelligence

  • Keep a close pulse on consumer behavior, competitor activity, and platform trends to identify new opportunities and challenge existing approaches.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in brand marketing, demand generation, or consumer marketing within Indonesia.
  • Background in premium FMCG, including several years operating at Brand Manager or Marketing Manager level.
  • Demonstrated experience managing meaningful marketing budgets with direct commercial accountability.
  • Strong, practical expertise in digital marketing, paid social, influencer/KOL programs, and marketplace advertising.
  • Experience working within a regional or global organization and adapting global strategies for local markets.
