Job Description

As a Litigation Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and resolving litigation cases effectively and efficiently.
  • Advising internal teams on legal risks and potential outcomes of disputes.
  • Working closely with external counsel to ensure accurate and timely handling of cases.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations in the FMCG sector.
  • Providing legal training and guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records of litigation cases and legal documentation.
  • Offering strategic advice to minimise legal risks and support business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Litigation Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in handling litigation cases, particularly in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international legal frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
