Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Support corporate legal, compliance, and governance matters across the group.
  • Assist with licensing, permits, and regulatory submissions.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and advise stakeholders on potential impacts.
  • Coordinate with regulators, government agencies, external counsel, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support implementation and monitoring of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Assist in corporate secretarial and board-related documentation when required.
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to ensure legal considerations are aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare practical legal advice and recommendations.
  • Support strategic projects, expansion initiatives, and other assignments from management.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and drive follow-up actions to completion.

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.).
  • 1-5 years of experience in Legal, Corporate Legal, Compliance, Corporate Secretary, Regulatory Affairs, or related functions.
  • Outstanding fresh graduates with strong internships and extracurricular achievements are encouraged to apply.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong legal drafting and document management skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Demonstrates strong initiative, ownership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially minded and able to understand business priorities.
  • Mature communicator with the ability to engage effectively across different levels of stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Healthcare industry exposure is advantageous but not required.
  • Willing to relocate and commit to a long-term opportunity.
