Job Description

  • Drive direct B2B sales to strategic key accounts (non-dealer channel) across Indonesia
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with major clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue growth
  • Deliver both new business acquisition and account expansion strategies
  • Provide market intelligence, strategic insights, and customer feedback to senior management and HQ
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Product, Technical, and HQ KAM teams
  • Support achievement of the company's 2026 sales target
  • Prepare and deliver business reports, forecasts, and presentations for leadership

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in heavy equipment, construction machinery, or related industries
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key strategic accounts
  • Strong hunter and farmer mindset with demonstrated success in both acquiring and expanding accounts
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian market and customer landscape
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while influencing cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
