Job Description

  • Support transaction preparation and execution in line with internal policies
  • Assist with transaction documents and related administration
  • Manage signing coordination, payments, and VDR administration
  • Track transaction costs, including due diligence expenses
  • Maintain accurate documentation for Investment Committee purposes
  • Support the preparation of investment memos and offer materials
  • Keep transaction documents organised and properly filed
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on execution matters
  • Support Investment Committee meeting scheduling, materials, and minutes
  • Assist with audits, self-assessments, and other ad hoc tasks
  • Prepare regular reports, updates, and compliance tracking
  • Support internal coordination with potential partners

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3 years of goof working experience in investment support, or a similar coordination role
  • Familiarity with transaction processes and documentation would be an advantage
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Comfortable using English in discussions and documentation
  • Eager to learn, reliable, and able to work well in a structured team environment
