Job Description

  • Own and manage full P&L responsibility for the district (>USD 5M business).
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Develop and execute business plans aligned with company strategy.
  • Lead and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, especially within:
    • 5-star hospitality sector (hotels & resorts in Bali)
    • Key corporate and industrial accounts
  • Leverage existing networks and develop new client acquisition strategies.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop a team
  • Foster a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
  • Ensure continuous capability development and succession planning.
  • Oversee service delivery and ensure high standards of technical support.
  • Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and service quality benchmarks.
  • Support and drive regional expansion initiative.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in emerging regions.
  • Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Institutional Business Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in P&L management for a business unit of similar scale (USD 5mio and above).
  • Strong institutional sales background, preferably in:
    • Hospitality (5-star hotel segment in Bali)
    • Large industrial or corporate clients
  • Established client network
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams (Sales & Technical).
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Ability to balance sales growth with operational execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • High adaptability and willingness to lead business expansion in new regions.
