Job Description

As an HR & GA Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with business objectives.
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance management processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations in all HR practices.
  • Managing general affairs functions, including office facilities and administrative services.
  • Collaborating with department heads to address workforce planning and training needs.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Handling employee relations and resolving workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Monitoring and managing HR budgets and operational expenses.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR & GA Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR management, ideally within the services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local labour laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in managing general affairs or office administration tasks.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
