Job Description

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a key role in aligning people strategies with business objectives and driving organizational effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and growth.
  • Providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and performance development.
  • Advising managers and employees on HR policies, employment legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Managing employee relations matters, fostering a positive work environment, and resolving workplace issues effectively.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
  • Leveraging HR data and analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and support informed decision-making.
  • Supporting organizational change, transformation, and culture-building initiatives to drive business success.
  • Facilitating leadership development, training programs, and capability-building workshops for managers and employees.
  • Collaborating with Centers of Excellence and broader HR teams to deliver integrated people solutions and continuous process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner (HRBP) will bring a combination of strategic thinking, business acumen, and strong people management capabilities. Key qualifications include:

  • At least 8 years of proven experience in Human Resources, preferably within global organization.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation, HR policies, and best practices, with the ability to apply them in a practical business context.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Hands-on experience in talent management, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to coach, challenge, and support leaders.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and driving business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated change management and project management capabilities, with a track record of leading people-related initiatives successfully.
