Job Description

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Design and execute annual sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
  • Translate category insights and commercial trends into actionable sales initiatives.



Market & Category Analysis

  • Monitor market dynamics, category shifts, and competitive activities.
  • Identify growth drivers and potential risks to support strategic decision‑making.



Business Development & Channel Expansion

  • Explore new business opportunities across offline, online, and emerging channels to expand market reach.
  • Build partnerships with relevant retailers, distributors, and digital commerce platforms to accelerate brand penetration.



Commercial Management

  • Oversee pricing strategy, trade terms, and promotional frameworks to safeguard brand equity and profitability.
  • Manage the financial health of the sales function through disciplined budget planning and ROI evaluation.



Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track sales performance, distribution coverage, and execution quality across channels.
  • Lead the preparation of sales dashboards, business reviews, and performance reports with clear, data‑driven recommendations.



Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ sales professionals to drive strong execution and alignment with company goals.
  • Foster a high‑performance culture that embraces agility, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive sales experience, including proven leadership overseeing sizeable sales teams.
  • Strong background in e‑commerce is required.



Skills & Competencies

  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into strategies.
  • Skilled in business planning, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Capable of operating in a fast‑growing, fast‑changing environment with evolving priorities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
