Job Description

  • Develop and maintain quality systems, standards, and processes across operations
  • Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage supplier quality and evaluate vendor performance
  • Collaborate with engineering on new product introduction and quality readiness
  • Monitor quality metrics, report performance, and engage with customers
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and industry standards
  • Lead and develop high-performing quality teams
  • Support budgeting and strategic planning for quality programs

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in manufacturing quality
  • Knowledge of quality systems, audits, and regulatory standards
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven, analytical, and structured problem-solving mindset
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
